No. A clear photo taken with your phone is enough for almost every restoration. Your original stays with you.
JPEG, PNG, HEIC and TIFF all work. Send the largest, sharpest version you have.
We can, but glass causes reflections. If you can safely take it out of the frame, the result will be better.
Yes. Technology may assist the restoration process, but a real restoration specialist is responsible for the final result. Every restoration is individually reviewed, refined and approved before delivery.
Very. Tears, water damage, mould, fading, creases and missing corners are routine. If a photo truly cannot be saved, we will tell you honestly and you will not pay.
Yes — colorization is an optional +$19 per photo and you can add it to any artist tier.
Experienced ($38) handles most fading and light damage. Head artist ($58) suits heavier damage and important portraits. Senior artist ($148) is for severe damage or irreplaceable photos.
Standard restorations are delivered in five business days. Priority is three business days (+$10) and Rush is 24 hours (+$20).
Tell us and we will revise it. Revisions are free, and nothing is final until you approve it.

Yes. After your restoration is approved you can add museum-quality prints, ready to frame.
