Technology may assist parts of the process, but every portrait is reviewed and finished by a human artist. We don't send back whatever a filter produces without a real person shaping the result.
+How long does it take?
After you upload your photos, we personally reply with timing based on the specific photos you send. We'll always confirm the schedule with you before you commit to anything.
+What happens after I upload my photos?
You'll receive a confirmation email right away. A human artist reviews your reference photos, we share a plan and preview with you, and only after you approve the artwork do we produce, frame, and ship the finished portrait. No payment is due at upload.
